Navajo County Arizona Chpter - Show Low Creek Meadow Park

Location: Show Low Creek Meadow Park

ECO Explorers - 4th-7th

The program takes place at Show Low Creek Meadow Trail, 769 S White Mountain Rd, Show Low, AZ 85901

ECO Explorers

AGES/GRADES:

ECO  Explorers is for children in 4th-7th grade (approximate ages 8-12 yrs old). Explorers offers a combination of hands on learning activities, exploratory play, a guided nature walk, animal highlight, community science participation, scientist/history highlight, and an art/craft  project.

This program is optional drop off.

TUITION:

There are only 15 openings for this program! 


Full year payment option: $300 for the year / Sibling discount $280 ($20 sibling discount applied)*


½ semester payment option: $160 Fall, $180 Spring / Sibling discount $150 Fall, $170 Spring  


*You save $40 if you choose to pay for the year.

SCHEDULE:

The Show Low program will meet every other Tuesday 12:00 pm-3:30 pm for 17 weeks.

Each class will follow a similar format:

12:00 pm - Hike to Outdoor Classroom/Exploratory Play 

12:15 pm - Nature Journaling 

12:30 pm - Learning Activity

1:15 pm - Specimen/Wildlife Highlight

1:30 pm - Snack and Exploratory Play

2:15 pm - Community Science/Scientist/Historical Highlight

2:30 pm - Craft/Art Project

3:00 pm - Exploratory Play

3:30 pm - Class Ends

Registration is now open, please click register to complete the registration form and send your payment either via PayPal or ESA (we will email you an invoice).  The remaining spots are indicated on the registration form next to each class..
