ECO Adventurers is for children in K/1st-3rd grade. Adventurers offers a combination of hands on learning activities, exploratory play, guided nature walk, loose parts play and an art/craft project.

Our Adventurers Program will be geared towards children who are in K/1st-3rd Grade (approximate ages 6-9 yrs old). This program is optional drop off.
There are only 15 openings for these program!
Full year payment option: $300 for the year / Sibling discount $280 ($20 sibling discount applied)*
½ semester payment option: $160 Fall, $180 Spring / Sibling discount $150 Fall, $170 Spring
*You save $40 if you choose to pay for the year.
We will be offering our Adventurers program in multiple locations in 2022-2023:
Pima County - Marana Heritage Park/Gladden Farms Community Park
and
East Valley - Desert Mountain Queen Creek
*ECO has no affiliation with these parks and the City of Queen Creek and City of Marana assume no liability.
The Pima County - Marana Heritage Park/Gladden Farms Community Park program will meet every other Tuesday from 10:00 am-2:00 pm for 17 weeks. This program does run concurrently with our Pathfinders and Explorers programs.
The East Valley - Desert Mountain Queen Creek program will meet every other Monday 10:00 am-12:00 pm for 17 weeks. This program does run concurrently with our Pathfinders program.

Each class will follow a similar format:
10 am - Nature Journaling
10:15 am - Learning Activity
11 am - Animal Highlight
11:30 am Lunch and Exploratory/Loose Parts Play
12 pm - Citizen Science and/or Hike
12:45 pm - Art/Craft Project and/or Historical/ Scientist Highlight
1:15 pm - Exploratory/Loose Parts Play
2 pm - Class Ends

Mrs. Kathy and Ms. Gwyn will be the ECO Steward's for the East Valley Program. You can learn more about them here. We are still interviewing environmental educators for the Pima location.
Registration is now open, please click register to complete the registration form and send your payment either via PayPal or ESA (we will email you an invoice). The remaining spots are indicated on the registration form next to each class.. When the 15 spots are filled for these programs we will deactivate the registration link.
